Jetprime Plug & Play Kit eliminates the Air Re-circulation system from the following Aprilia RSV4 models:

RSV4 (1000 Cc) - 2011/2014
RSV4 RACING FACTORY (1100) - 2019/2020
RSV4/R (1000 Cc) - 2009/2010
RSV4/RR (1000 Cc) - 2015/2016
RSV4/RR (1000 Cc) - 2017/2019

The secondary air injection system (PAIR) routes fresh air from the airbox to the exhaust system in order to aid the combustion of unburned fuel in the exhaust. This system is designed to improve emissions on stock exhaust systems, but will cause exhaust popping and backfiring when you fit aftermarket exhausts etc.

Kit includes:

• Jetprime billet CNC machined blanking plate with seal.
• Rubber blanking plug/cap - to close the hole in the filter box.
• Jetprime solenoid eliminator

Jetprime Air Re-circulation Blanking Plate Kit Key Features:

• Disables the Fi error codes associated with the Purge valve
• Eliminates exhaust popping noise on deceleration and backfiring typically associated with aftermarket exhausts
• Achieves true A/F ratio for fuel tuning = More reliable A/F ratio measurements
