SRS™ Technology: 

Nitrile Self Regulating Seals (SRS™) retain a special vacuum injected grease around the critical pin and bush area, which extends the life of the chain. The special SRS is pre-loaded during assembly, creating a spring effect. As a chain wears, conventional O-rings and X-ring loosen their seals whereas the SRS™ has the inherent ability to regulate a constant sealing pressure against the side plates throughout the life of the chain.

Renthal R3-3 is a premium high strength sealed ring chain with excellent impact load resistance designed specifically to withstand the stress found in BOTH off road and road applications where an sealed [o-ring/x-ring] chain is desired.

This chain is the choice where a combination of high strength, lightweight and maximum power transfer are important considerations. The nitrile seals help extend the chain life by retaining the special vacuum injected grease near the critical pin area.Chain features high carbon alloy and shot peened steel side plates for high tensile strength and maximum impact load resistance.

Each R3-3 chains comes with gold anodized side plates to resist corrosion and is pre-stretched for enhanced performance right out of the box.

Off Road version of Renthal R3-3 Chain is identical to the Road version but comes with both rivet and spring type joining links.
