Delivery Information

Orders placed before 3.00pm we aim to process and despatch on the same day.  This is subject to authorisation of the credit card and completion of any security checks deemed necessary.  You will receive an emailed acknowledgement of your order within 24 hours.


1.  Most lightweight items weighing under 1.5kg are sent with Royal Mail first class recorded post, and approx 85% arrives the next day.


2.  Other items are sent with a Carrier:

For most of England, southern Scotland, Wales and the Isle of Wight 95% arrives the next day.

All parcels have to be signed for on receipt.


3.  Other items having to be sent on a Carrier Service sent to the remote areas of the UK will incur a surcharge for carriage ie:  Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Scottish Isles. North Scotland and other remote areas are a 48 hour service. 

Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man and some parts of North Scotland are a 48 Hour Service.  The Scottish Isles are 72 Hour Service.

What happens if I am not registered for Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode?

If your order requires one of these additional security checks and you are not already registered with your card issuer, you will be prompted to register securely during the checkout process and create a password for your card. If you're unsure about this new service, you may be able to complete your order without registering but we recommend that you contact your card issuer to find out more about the service.

I'm registered but when do I enter my details?

If further information is required, you will be asked for it as you complete your order. Remember your Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode password is not your password and does not have access to your Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode password.

How long have I got to verify the orders?

Your orders will be held for up to 48 hours after which time they will be cancelled.
